Chef Ashley Swan

Chef Ashley Swan is the Executive Chef at Roux and the heart behind our French bistro cuisine. She honed her skills at the French Culinary Institute in New York before returning to open Roux with her mother, Robin, and sister, Paulina.

Ashley takes pride in creating hyper-seasonal, locally sourced dishes, highlighting regional suppliers and producers throughout the menu.

"Roux has been in the making since I attended culinary school," Ashley said. "We use only the freshest ingredients, prioritize local sourcing, and present our dishes to delight all the senses—from appearance to taste."
